Tom Allen Johnson

This is the oldest Johnson photo we currently have (which dates back to the mid 1800's).  It quickly becomes clear where the men in this family get their 'rugged good looks'. The word, passed on through the generations, is that Tom Allen was a constable and bounty hunter.  It has been said that escaped criminals did not want this man looking for them!
